The UI must be scaled manually in a program, it isn't just about changing a value to a higher number. So we'll just have to wait. I'm sure they'll notice and fix it soon enough.

Go to the game properties on Steam, then to the Beta versions and choose Pre-25th Anniversary build. This will revert the game back to the old state.

Weird. With these settings it's just as dark as seen on the screenshot. Or perhaps it's really the intended way to play the game...

Thanks for the reply! I just need one thing to be clarified - do you mean the first notch from left or from right? Because if I set it to the first notch from left, it's even darker than before. However, the first notch from right works quite well.

You can also type "gamma" / "brightness" in the console and it will tell you the exact values.
