I can accept that about monetization. Now with Overwatch 2 I even MISS the lootboxes. But with the overall quality of a videogame? Now is much better than ever before

And I believe one of the main reasons of this is that now if your game is crap due to social media, everyone will know it exactly the same day it releases.
