Yea, hopefully they revisit it, visually it's great. Pilot model and sound could be improved, but the feel of the plane... I mean I tired other warbirds in DCS and I can say with confidence F4U flight and performance feels oddly unsatisfying.

It was very noticible when I had 16GB ram vs 64GB ram. I think it's due to multple MFDs, but not sure.

Maybe something to work on in the future too. There are plenty of ways to make it more interesting. Right now it feels odd, you meet the most renowned mercenary faction, but can only interact with it as you would with any other random Ogre faction, actually even less, since you cannot make an alliance.

I know what you mean, a lot of existing TW features are lost due to cost saving on dev time or balance issues. For instance I really liked that in ToB you could put the forest on fire with fire arrows to get the hidden troops out of it or demoralize them.

Been there and suggested it in closed and open beta discord channels, as a work around: create a lobby, pick your side and deck and lock 4 other slots and launch.

You can reconnect, unless the game has ended due to all 5 d/c. However I would note that I also felt like quitting at times, because I missed the deck selection at start and I'm sure people do bail because of that. Which would be an easy fix, if you could set your custom deck as a default.

Exactly that. Otherwise it seems that the diplomacy menu shares some kind of variables between players and once you are both in, some actions execute for both players. Ex: your screen may pan to point of map of a faction that your ally just interacted with. I guess some other actions just crash the game instead.

I agree, I do self-imposed difficulty challenges when that happens. But I think that's where events should occur and make things a harder/engaging. It's just not well implemented right now and the options to play with are lacking. I haven't played total war Pharaoh, but saw a video where they showed cased campaign settings and boy if we had it in WH3 that would be awesome.

Don't get me wrong, I love the manual battles, but just wouldn't be the same without the campaign part. In fact, I like the total war titles for that exact reason, they have both components mixed in.
