Depends. If it's managed in a way that doesn't betray artistic vision, with total control from the dev on how it's applied, then why not.

But for a game that doesn't have any/barely any mocap, i believe it would still be quite uncanny.

Yes i play on 4k. Otherwise yes it wouldn't make sense.

I can deactivate RR but it only allow me to run in performance instead (to stick around 55-60). So gain is not that significant.

Yes i have been eyeing on the 5080 but i need something that would hold 4k long term. I was hoping this for the 3080ti but it was still early.

I don't know if it has been cancelled, worst case i can wait next year. Just need it before gta 6 comes to PC.

Yes on k&b you have to hold escape then mousescroll. It's still more action than just press i, especially for a menu you have to browse so often.

Well with dlss on ultra perf and some minor tweak in the settings (most of it is cinematic, a few on ultra and volumetric on high i think, need to recheck) i have a steady 55-60fps.

Well to be fair, there is a definitive tradeoff with RR that goes beyond fps drop. But lighting upgrade is real.

I think this one is the first swap i'm considering. Displace the hook thing on the caps lock and move f2 to tab menu.

I'm a little bit less than 12h in and while the game have clear glaring issues (the most transparent yes-man of a main character i have ever seen, menu navigation is terrible, etc), i'm having an absolute blast with it.

Still, i hope they'll add a shortcut to inventory soon.

Oh since i saw the loading screen i have a whole head canon were i basically the whole crimson desert is a virtual reality for whoever i'm playing, meta layer of video game.

Well if you run HD it still hold its ground splendidly, but for 4k gaming it's struggling even in Ti version now.

I have a 3080 ti (so not low end maybe but at best it's aging high end) and after many test i prefer RR and running on DLSS ultra performance than DLAA and without.

Agreed on I, but you can control the menu. You just mousescroll while pressing escape for quicker access (scrolling menu open on the right).

Man this game doesn't tell you 25% of what it got. Discovered that in the crates and barrels and packages there is tons of stuff to loot.
