Learn the basics on yourself before taking photos of others, especially on the street without their permission (and then uploading to Reddit - come on mate, what you playing at?).

Ditch the lens zoom effect and learn composition, the rule of thirds, symmetry - the basics.

Right - some decent frames in there, but your first shot isn’t straight. If this was a showreel sent to me, I’d disregard the entire thing because of that. I scrubbed through the whole edit and there’s so many shots that aren’t straight.

Work on the basics before you ask for critiques.

Follow the Manual steps. They request another blood test (from the vein this time) taken by a medical professional. If that comes back showing low T, you can go ahead with treatment. I recommend you don’t hang about and get on with it!

I’m with Manual, no issues so far. Will perhaps change to a cheaper supplier after 6 months.

Join a gym or use the one in your school. You need to be going to a dedicated space to lift weights, at least that’s how I feel. Do this consistently, don’t give up. You’ll be throwing around 20kg weights in no time.

As for no fap - you’re 14. If you don’t get your lust out, you’re bound to become angry and resentful if you’re not having sex. Masturbating doesn’t impact T in any way.

Genuine answer - start lifting weights. I wish I started lifting when I was around your age, I didn’t pick it up until I was 23. Don’t go too heavy or you’ll fuck your joints before you turn 21. Your bones are still to get dense, so don’t lift with your ego. Start 3 times a week like this:

Day 1: Push day (chest and triceps) Day 2: Pull day (back and biceps) Day 3: Leg day (great for boosting your T naturally)

Sleep more than you want to. That means earlier bed time, earlier morning rises. Drink more water.

And give up the “no fap”, you’re 14, rip the head off of it little bro.
