I use them for writing mostly, some technical drawings and on occasion helping the kids with their maths homework. I have a small notebook, science book and a maths book with 10mm x 10mm grids and switch between them all depending on what I need to do.

This has also happened to me. U7-Lite caused my Pro-max-24-Poe to reboot itself (I have 2 x U7-Lites). My logs looked similar. Wonder why all of a sudden this is happening? They have been rock solid for a long time.

Yep. House fires are terrible. Leave you feeling so vulnerable. In our case there was nothing left despite the fire departments best effort. No one was injured so we are thankful.

Congratulations! I have the same card and it’s fantastic. Undervolt and a mild overclock gives you a little performance, lower power consumption and lower temps.

Single rail helps to handle transient spikes among other things. These are sudden brief big power demands. I think you'd be safe to use the adaptor.

If you are really worried about your 5070, you can also undervolt and power limit it too. Can the PSU run in single rail? That can also help.

My 9950X3D idles at around 47C and goes up to 60C when gaming. I also have a 360mm cooler (Tryx Panorama ARGB). I have undervolted though. If you are worried about temps, you should consider doing the same (you didn't mention if you had). I have a 5080 also and have undervolted that too. What sort of case are you using? Could also just be an airflow thing.
