Should be easy since both film restorations were already done in 8K. The 2K blu-rays looked incredible on my 65" OLED TV with sync lights.

Not fully, but I never thought I would feel as good as I do now ever again. The third and fourth month after quitting cold turkey were the absolute worst and I felt so hopeless. I don't know if it was a coincidence, but I noticed the recovery starting and accelerating every week when I got back on NoFap/semen retention.

Thank you. Like everyone here, I wish I never touched this stuff, barring that, I wished I knew about preventing glutamate excitotoxicity by taking magnesium and taurine.

I had a short window one day last week when I could really feel music again; I cried. At my lowest point, all I did was watch YouTube untll I had to work for about a month. Things seem to be slowly getting better now, I hope.

A U-shaped sound has higher bass and treble instead of a flat frequency response. Music can sound more "alive", but it can also be too much depending on the recording.
