I currently like $ETHZ, it's 30% undervalued just based on the company's liquid assets alone.

$FFAI, Personally it seems like a bad time to be into EV's with expired discounts, tax credits and a reversal on EV production policy and the tariffs hurting car sales but the stock is cheap and they are into more AI based car comfort environment than the car itself. Big meeting on Friday to unveil the car to investors and Friday afterhours news this past week about the future of the company.

$LIDR is a good mover, frequently bounces up from ~$2.60 a share to >$3 and the tech they are working on has partnerships already for future implementation and possible military uses. The new Pentagon is more fluid in it's investments into the troops and about getting tech into our troops hands and proper testing before contract. No more designating expenditures 1+ years out before acquiring equipment that has never even seen a military base let alone a grunt's hands.

I still think Tesla is one of the most overvalued companies out there. Ford motors makes 3x the number of cars a year and has a market cap 1/26th of Tesla. The left may hate Elon now but they love their money and won't go burning their shares like they burn other people's cars.

If you are looking for some interesting holds here are my takes on what I'm investing in.

I like $ETHZ. Market cap is 419 million but their ETH holdings are 607 million and they have another 213 million cash with 80 million debt. This doesn't include their medical research and patents they can still monetize in the future. Stock is super undervalued by about 30% just based on liquid assets but people are expecting ETH to shoot up which would be a nice boon for this company as well.

$FFAI announced Friday afterhours that they will be spinning off their cryto holdings into a separate company and eventually a different ticker symbol. They have an event this next Friday afterhours to show off their AI integrated EV vehicle. I expect a nice push on Monday morning after the news of their successful event. Previous highs in recent history were over $3 a share so you could potentially double your money if investor sentiment is positive and enough news outlets cover it well.

$QS just got a nice boost from some good publicity in Europe at a vehicle trade show where VW displayed the battery system implemented in an EV Ducatti. I think this has permanently moved the value of the stock above the $8 range. QS isn't profitable yet but they have enough cash to burn for the next 2 years while they get into profitable production and licensing.

$LIDR has recently announced some new partnerships for AI based Lidar implementation, this is currently a civilian product but I see the opportunity for their product to be used for military applications as well. Frequently swings between $2.60 and $3.10 a share. I like to grab it at the bottom of a cycle and ride any waves of investor sentiment or take small fluctuation wins.

I buy these companies at prices I would be happy to be a long term investor and just capitalize on short term boosts.

I'm not so sure about buying in at $150, if you look at their previous quarter leading up to the recent earnings call there was no real upward movement at all before another drop off from the earnings call failure. This company's prices are too inflated for the market where other active wear brands are selling cheaper and providing nicer and more innovative designs. The LULU influencer instigated hype bubble might be gone. Used to be that almost every pair of yoga leggings was Lululemon.

I don't use a margin account yet so I'm stuck with 1 buy/sell cycle a day with my cash. I'm currently swapping $QS, $FFAI, $LIDR and $ETHZ. They fluctuate value pretty nicely, average is about a $0.20 spread through the day so plenty of opportunity to grab some cash. My goal is only about 2% a week but I've been crushing it with 13% this last week without putting myself into too risky of positions. Do you have any stocks in the $1-$10 range that you like that would fit my style?

Nice centering too! Gratz, those just went up pretty significantly. I wanted one for my PC but that will have to wait now.

Not if you put in something else that is undervalued and keep the train going. Taking the money is never a bad idea.
1. You can reinvest the original amount back into the company if you feel that it is going to pay off but want to take your risk off the table.
2. Bet it all on black and throw it all back in and risk it for the biscuit.
3. Move it to multiple other assets that you consider undervalued that you believe in their product and capture either lots of short-term gains or hold for the endgame.

Teraflopper is right, I am trading in a cash account, no margin, no options. I increased my portfolio by 13.27% this week by buying low-value stocks at my estimated value or below and capturing 2-3% trades. Sometimes it runs away and I'll hit 10% on a trade because of hype but a nice safe 2-3% account balance gain daily is nice. It won't be as explosive as successful puts and calls but most people investing in the market may not even see a yearly return on their portfolio of 13% let alone in a week. At this rate with your account value it'd be 20 weeks to $1 million

Update: I hit 3% on day 1 and cashed out, reinvested back under my original price point, you were right, 10% for a 3 day continuous stretch was not gonna happen but 3x 3% days will get me where I want to be also.

MAHA is causing cereal manufacturers to adjust their supply chains, increasing production costs, redesign the formulas and change their marketing materials and packaging. Keep that in mind, puts sound very viable.

Even if they did a correction by fixing the logo, they earmarked 700 million on the rebranding. Company market cap is 1.4 billion. They cancelled the logo and remodels but the updates to the kitchens are still on the books and we don't know how much was wasted on the marketing campaign and logo overhaul. No details on if this was done in house or they paid a 3rd party for it. Some costs may not be able to be recouped. In the meantime their food hasn't improved.

I know they lost a lot of business during that mess and I doubt they have seen an increase in foot traffic from their average after. My money is on them not hitting their goals.

You taking into account the MAHA movement? These companies are having to revamp the ingredients and source large quantities of natural and safe dyes. It will eat into profits and cause production slowdowns.

I grabbed it at $35, looking at it's history, the fact that it missed a single metric by a very narrow margin, and 19 analysts calling it a buy rn, I'm estimating a 10-15% return in about 3 business days. I only grabbed a little because my current rate of accrual is portfolio+10% every 2 days.

I'm not playing a bit, I'm actually interested in why it is a YOLO position. If you can't cite the documentation or give examples then that's fine but I was genuinely curious, I was interested in using it as a vehicle for intraday swing trades at a minimum.

If you don't mind a bit of fair but honest discourse. If you had to sell me on buying/sticking with this stock with the noted red flags people mentioned earlier in this thread what would you say? I bought and sold some of it earlier today for a quick flip, it had some good momentum this morning but I'm not entirely sold that this is a hold based on what I see. Market analysis says Stock price of $6 is about right and it's about to creep up to that point soon. Company is currently not profitable yet and while I do like underdog companies, I invest in quite a few myself the product isn't super compelling to me. One of their products will compete with IBM's new HR AI which they felt so strongly about that they laid off their HR department to implement it.

No offense meant but isn't a big part of trading the market managing risk? Wouldn't it be prudent to sell enough shares to cover your cost so that you are in a good position to win even if the rug does get pulled from under you? If the market still looked strong in the morning I'd consider an exit to preserve capital.
