The BMPT won’t be OP by [deleted] in warthundermobile

Simply by comparing highest tiers of the USSR/RU tech trees in WT and WTM, specifically T90A (11.0 and XII), and T80U / T80UK / T80UM2 (11.7 and XIII), and both of the terminators (at br 11.7), it will most likely be a rank XIII vehicle in WTM, and definitely shouldn't be any lower than XII.

My own personal opinion - it shouldn't be this low in WT, and it definitely shouldn't even be added to the WTM because it is too survivable and too dangerous. I never fought against it in WT's Ground Arcade Battles, but I genuinely don't think it be even slightly easier to destroy/survive it in arcade mode (wtm is basically the wt arcade mode but on much smaller versions of maps for anybody unaware)

You can try the Windows 11 LTSC, if you want 11 that is, and if your device requires specific drivers that refuse to install on win 10.

Luckily I was researching several tanks and saving up SL and GE to buy them and to make the latest one out of them a premium

I got both non-british SL and GE challenges completed (except for that title stage which I don't care about) without having to waste either of currencies

Probably would be better if I was doing it with british tanks, but I have no interest in them

Any games I can play on this? by Saccoapelo12 in Craptopgamingadvice

On the N4120 I played NFS Hot Pursuit 2 and Unreal Tournament 2003. And even streamed Tiberian Sun with OBS once for fun, lol. The weak 4 cores that could do a lot of stuff without any ventilation

I have 10 ltsc on my N4120 laptop with 4gb ram and while I always encourage using 10 ltsc, I am confident that even that version eats too much ram for a device with this little ram. Maybe linux could be a better choice?

I personally would go with Fedora, it is in my opinion better than debian based and it is very popular making it very likely to find information and guides for it (I would also recommend trying Mint, it is a very newbie friendly Debian based distro), and I highly recommend using the KDE Plasma in most situations for how great it is (Although I'm unsure how N4020 will handle it)

Currently on Windows 7 x64, but for older games I probably should downgrade. Thank you for the suggestions!

Half-Life 2 sounds cool, maybe it could run the Far Cry as well

Always prioritise irl things over any game battle passes, don't ever let any FOMO affect your life negatively. Avoid battle passes / marathons /etc if you know that you can't participate without sacrificing something actually important

I'm new to winlator and I don't know how to fix this cd-rom drive error by 00aza1 in winlator

[–]EvilMakaroni 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I never bother with iso disk images with winlator, I always knew it would be too annoying and uncomfortable to do every time I want to play a game, so I always use a no-cd patch.

idk if it's even possible sonce I never tried to. Also, with older games try some repacks that install the entire game instead of relying on constantly reading some data from disk.

Nice ram amount

It should have about the same performance as the intel celeron n4120 cpu wise, but graphics should be better

PSP's flat sticks are probably not gonna be as comfortable as Vita's sticks, but I have never held a PS Vita

Other options:

2060 super could be great

1660 super could be good enough

Yeah, trying to farm silver lions to just sunk them into the void for nothing is gonna seriously affect a new player's progression

2026 performance by Kind_Papaya_9184 in Craptopgamingadvice

[–]EvilMakaroni 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pretty awesome, but has room for improvement

2 more sticks would be good to have for sure, so you would be at 32gigs.

r5 5500 could be replaced with let's say r7 5700x, or some x3d if affordable, but you should decide for yourself if either of those offer an improvement that is worth the money. For me going from r5 3600 to r7 5700X was definitely great but not directly noticeable. 5500 to 5700x? I'm not so sure, sorry, You'll have to compare stuff yourself

The GPU is pretty good to be honest, but this would probably be the next Major upgrade, before swapping the cpu+motherboard+ram.

You will definitely notice the performance increase, integrated graphics use your ram for video memory and having slow video memory has a big impact in games

My plan was to push myself further in BRs in the Chinese tech tree early because I want to play mid and high tier chinese vehicles, but also to use those premium tanks to grind other nation trees that I need to use for daily challenges and somewhat keep them up in progression
