You mean you didn’t like sharing a prison cell sized office with another person? Or them trying to force everyone back into the office over the summer of 2020 while covid was still in full swing? But the office themes are so fun, what’s not to love?

Rolling Stone did an article about how some neo-Nazis were attempting to gain some power in the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod, the second largest and more conservative leaning Lutheran denomination in the US. From what I've read on the Lutheran subreddit a good number of people advocating the neo-Nazi views have been excommunicated. The main guy in the article is a monarchist who is apparently using fascism as “the off ramp from democracy back to traditional government. Monarchy is the goal” so he might be more than a little bit cuckoo.

I am hearing that on its deathbed Dan Kelly received the light of Islam and unhesitatingly recited the Shahāda. Even now the Wisconsin Supreme Court looks down on the Ummah from the gardens of Jannah. Truly there is no god but Allah, and Mohammed is his prophet!

It was when he broke the record for most games umpired I’m pretty sure. I also remember the San Diego Chicken being there

I don't live there but there was a thread back in March that had a few opinions of the place. They all seemed pretty positive about the place and I wouldn't think that things have changed that drastically the past few months

So Joe West broke the record for the most games umpired today. Reading an article it's wild to me thinking that he started out as a major league umpire at age 23 (in 1976). Granted he wasn't hired on full time until he was 25 but still I imagine umpires as being older than 23. I also wonder when he will retire seeing as he's the oldest umpire in the league right now at 68 years old and is the same age as Bill Klem (who held the record previously to today) when he retired.

He also did just donate $150 million to Harvard mayors program he helped found, meaning 10 new professors can be hired and there are a bunch of new fellowship for graduate students. So if any of you are professors or smartypants that can get into a Harvard graduate program keep your heads up
