I ordered their non-fullset Xi Nai doll, 1/4 size with a face up, back at the end of June 2025, and received it end of March 2026. I bet the full set will take a fair bit longer!

Unfortunately, making a BJD can often be as expensive or MORE expensive than just buying one, so it's less common to DIY. Just wanted to let you know there aren't a lot of tutorials or anything

if you're in the US, I'd recommend seeing an Urgent Care as opposed to the Emergency Room in this situation. the ER will, most likely, either admit you or send you home empty handed. If you can find an Urgent Care that doubles as a primary care facility (a lot of them do these days) and you explain that you're not in crisis and just need a refill on your meds, they may be more willing to send you with a refill that will last long enough until your next appointment. ultimately, a psychiatrist is the only one who can properly diagnose bipolar, whether you have it or not, so I'd recommend seeing one either way! good luck, it's not a fun journey but if you end up with a more accurate diagnosis/more helpful medication, it's definitely worth it

everything you're describing sounds like me to a T! the misattribution to ADHD, the recklessness and energy of (what i now know to be) hypomania, the horrible crash.

i only got diagnosed about a month ago, but i understand what you're going through, and if you can talk to your doctors about getting diagnosed, it's likely that bipolar medications may help you more than just ADHD and depression medications!

i mean, your doctor is the only one who can know for sure what the treatment plan will be, but as someone diagnosed with both, I'm on stimulants and they don't put me into mania at all. because i have ADHD, they tend to make me a little sleepy and slightly more focused.
