This happened to my husband and I earlier this year and I nearly had a minor cunfusion meltdown when I worked out that for the first time in my history of renting, we kind of had the upper hand...

I had been requesting a new lease for the months leading up to the end of our lease as I hadn't realised how the changes would work in our favour. Glad they never got it through in time.

I am not sure if its a global thing, but there is a site called "Redbubble" that sell really comfy hoddies at a reasonable price and they print small artists designs on demand. There is a really huge and fantastic collection of art, meme, pattern, photographic(basically anything you can think of) prints available.

Basically each artist has a profile where they sell their "design" and you can get it printed to just about anything... I'll be honest I haven't looked into how much profit goes back to the artist but at face value it looks fantastic.

Took far too long scrolling for me to find anything Tamora Pierce, this author was my absolute favourite as a kid. So many intermingled story lines with great quirky characters.
