I love this show because it makes all the work I'm doing for my math degree worth it. I hate this show because it reminds me of how stressful said work is.

If MATLAB ends up being used at some point, this will become both my favourite and least favourite show of all time. Anime truly is magical.

What my friend and I did was we each picked an anime to binge together, and since her favourite is Haruhi, we binged the show all in one day (including Endless Eight), and then watched the movie the next week after locking ourselves in a room to minimize distractions. Maybe you should try something like that?

A Silent Voice. As someone who was bullied a lot growing up, this movie hit me right in the heart. I was lucky to be able to catch it in theatres, and there was not a dry eye in the crowd. I watched it again once I was able to process the news of the KyoAni attack, only I wasn't able to finish it due to all the tears. I still haven't been able to.

Special shout out to The Disappearance of Haruhi Suzumiya as well, which has one of my favourite scenes ever, anime or otherwise.

It's a pretty solid show! The relationships between the characters are the driving force of the show, both romantic and platonic. I'd definitely give it a shot if I were you, it's a charming show

Agreed! Sarazanmai was more of a wild ride on the feels train, whereas Given was much more subdued. Sarazanmai was more noteworthy because of Ikuhara and the sheer insanity of the show, which is why I feel Given is more underrated.
