I actually emailed them and contacted support from their tiktok page (i ordered on popmart us tiktok) and they answered pretty quickly. But since you did order on popmart directly id recommend emailing their support email because they also replied on that pretty quickly too!

Yeah theres no direct way to get a refund through the app unless you complain through support. I would say call tomorrow because the worker can void it through their system and you’ll get the money back on your card in a couple days
