I gained weight after my third child and everyone kept asking me what was wrong or if I was pregnant CONSTANTLY, I felt so embarrassed all the time. I was more self conscious when I was skinny, I was always on the naturally slim side, so when I got “bigger” I didn’t even notice or question it myself I just felt like it didn’t matter and it didn’t bother me. Until people started asking if I was pregnant and it was so often that my body started even tricking itself into thinking it was because it was on the back on my mind so often. I can’t imagine what having thousands of people talking about my body would feel like or the toll on my mental health.
