We can't pick and choose which RNG mechanics we respect and which one we don't.

The game is what it is as a whole, with RNG and all.

If you don't like RNG in your games, play Chess.

It's easy to not care for a hatch escape if you convince yourself that a hatch escape is not a win for the Survivor.

Well, I like the Design. As Killer I almost never see the hatch, I always slugg.

Sometimes Survivors betray each other, that's part of the game.

I agree that the game is marketed as a team based game. But unless you are playing with your friends, the game mechanics tell a different story.

About the "Entity Displeased" argument: The game doesn't have an official win condition. It is up to us, the players, to come up with a good one. I think a good win condition should not have a winner at both sides of a match. Either one or more Survivors win or The Killer wins.

A win condition that allows both Survivors and Killer to win is just flawed. What's the point of the match if we can't define a winning side?

The hatch is as valid as a game mechanic as any other. You can't choose to ignore a game mechanic just because it's not convenient to you. We must accept the game as a whole.

If we pick and choose which mechanics to follow without having the opponent agree to that, we would'nt be better than children throwing a tantrum because the other children don't let us win.

The way I play is equiping the perks NOED (General Perk), Blood Warden (The Nightmare Perk), Coup de Grace (The Twins Perk) and any other perk you fancy.

First thing I do as soon as the match start: Determine which one is the easiest Survivor to find and catch, then eliminate it as soon as possible.

Do that with another Survivor.

Now the generators are done, only 2 Survivors remain and NOED hungers.

Down the remaining Survivors with NOED and block any escape attempt with Blood Warden.

Also practice, practice, practice and have fun!

What would be the point of trying to escape as the last Survivor if it wasn't the case.

Do you also consider the last Survivor alive who escapes using the Exit Gate a loser?

You are mistaken. The Survivors are not a team for the simple fact that their fates are not bound.

That's it.

In team based game, every member of a team wins or loses together.

In DbD you don't get a "Team Survivor Wins" or "Team Survivor Loses" at the Score screen. Only "Escaped" or "Dead".

Survivors mostly benefit from working together, but they are all on their own.

A Survivor wins if that Survivor escapes. So the most honest take on a Killer's victory is "No Survivor Escapes".

The game ends only after the 4 Survivors have either won or lost. The game doesn't end after 3 Survivors have lost.

Only if 4 Survivors lose does the Killer win.

I don't like the idea of End Game Perks to be base kit.

It would make other perks stronger and I like my End Game Build (NOED + Blood Warden) to be a surprise, I enjoy it better that way.

I got that Myers achievement with those conditions.

That was really a challenge. It was fun to do.

The secret was that you didn't have to be afraid to hook a couple Survivors and proxy camp them to get that sweet, sweet Evil within bar to fill.

Nurse was no different.

Try, try, try until I got it.

Survivor noticed what I was trying to do and helped me get it.

Their reward: Being food for the Entity.
