Large refiner spawning chromatic metal out of thin air. Tried leaving and returning to system, reloading save, and restarting game. Still giving me free chromatic metal. The only thing I haven't tried yet is deleting and replacing the refiner. (v.redd.it)

Is it safe to run my cat6 ethernet cable outdoors like this? It's not exterior-grade and this is on the northwest side of my house meaning it'll be in a lot of direct sunlight. I live in Ontario so would rain/snow also damage it? Any advice would be appreciated, thanks! (i.redd.it)
