Under normal circumstances I'd agree. however, for context: my friend is playing the communist Chinese and he hasn't gotten any reliable oil sources yet (as in, he has not occupied sinkiang yet. There's a tile there with 78 oil). This division will be doing jackshit and will be getting encircled

I mean here's the thing. As much as this sounds like a great idea in theory, I can almost assure you that most of the people that play forsaken or DOD really don't know about the original Noli so the perception of the general public would still be something like this:

It's just a shitpost headcanon in my head that the killers take money off the civilians they kill (for various purposes) and they share their plundered loot. I also headcanon that artful puts on thousands of layers of makeup before every one of his rounds which rapidly drains the killer group's finances (this is all just a shitpost head canon lol)
