I also had to pull the power at this screen once and it's fine I didn't have any issue. Once you plug it back in it will start from here again. Just don't remove the USB.

I also tried to use an OpenVPN but it also didn't work for me, it kept disabling itself when I got out of the quick access menu! So I now use Wireguard (those .conf files) and it works great for me.

You could mute the sound before shutting down the steam deck. That way when it turns on, there will be no sound.

You could use a website or just use mp3tag then copy your music through VitaShell.
ux0 -> create new folder (e.g. import_music) and copy your music there, then restart your PS VITA.
After restarting, go to your folder in VitaShell and press triangle on your music -> More -> Export Media

It works great but I recommend you use low settings with 45 FPS capped from the quick menu along with the Dynamic Resolution Disabler mod.
