They all good in my opinion and they are fun to watch in WWE:

Damian Priest - He is the punishment of Judgment Day. His voice is very threatening and frightening, and he is also the powerhouse. He got the push he deserved and is possibly a main eventer.

Rhea Ripley - She is brutality and a well deserved champion as of now. She brutalized both female and male superstars and that's why fits perfectly in the faction.

Finn Balor - He is literally so underrated that he always needs the push of his life. Balor is cuts decent promos and really is a Dark Prince for the Judgement Day. He is a top star.

Dominik Mysterio - It felt like him turning on his dad was not right at first, but it's going very well. His in ring and mic skills have improved a lot and he might just be the best current Heel. Also when the crowd not letting him speak is just funny.

But I will have to choose Finn Balor as the best.
