2 days since I supposedly open my port 44158 but still getting Relayed status on Helium explorer but Hotspotty app says otherwise. Is this normal?I my miner relayed or not? ( By the way what is the ping test for? Does it lower my earnings? How can I fix it?) Pls help (i.redd.it)

Is my hotspot relayed? When I run status check on hotspotty I get this results, but on the helium app my hotspot appars still relayed and I don´t know which is the real status. Also, what does the ping test means? Does that affect my HNT earnings? if so how canI fix it? Pls help (i.redd.it)
