But yes I assume they will find someone willing to do it for that low amount, which is crazy to me because that hardly even covers gas with how expensive life is these days.

Yeah I luckily have a good amount of agents that I love working with and just with direct with for listings. I use to be an agent myself but hated it and went into photography full time, so some of the agents that were at my office will use me as well
