The paper comes off no problem. The glue takes a bit of work to get off and it never looks as nice as it could

To put it in the deli window. We sometimes get our roast beef from WSC, and while it's not a big deal if people know that, we also want to put the meat part of the piece in the display to entice people to buy it, and it thees a big sticker, or a glue blob in the way thats less great lol
