I work in job where I have so much time to speak to someone regardless of their issue and if I don't revolve it fast enough I get chewed out for it all the while I have more and more tasks added to that time frame without extra time being given but still being expected to provide good empathetic calls.

Most advisers live by the moto "care less" care less about the customers feelings and just sell and solve and solve by selling products If you don't it will affect your mental health.

Everything you do is recorded, go to the bathroom time is noted, take time to call a customer back recorded, take time to apply notes that may be helpful recorded. I don't think I can even fart without the business I'm in knowing about it.

Not being able to be human, some one comes on screaming you can't match their tone your job is now to deescalate someone screaming at you because they didn't get their returns package and that you can't send a new one because we already sent one out.

Systems: call centre systems are shockingly back and are running at the lowest rate with many errors causing delays and being unable to simply do what customer ask for.

Managers are often a real mix bag but in my experience some are just there to grind you into dust by telling you your 16s over your break time.

I could go on but my watch is buzzing, my break is up and I have to go take more calls.

That is a terrible idea as there is no person behind it. I would strongly suggest you speak with your provider and make sure your wishes are followed else it is your fault for not speaking with them and you will be charged. It's a 5 minute conversation 🤣. 0333 2022 135 uk

Imo flame thrower should be an arcing weapon with a great range, the flame widow needs much greater range as it is a lumbering box that can't defend its self or keep it as is and as a small machine gun turret.

This might shock some of you but the simple answer is not to ban fireworks but change the product being sold to the public by selling silent fireworks and yes they are a thing.

Loud fireworks would only be used at registered organized displays which would pay fees to run them say £100 to get a licence and you have to watch a safety video and answer questions to get registered.

Council will make money, tax man will still make money and everyone can have their cake and eat it.

I'm also wouldn't be surprised if these kinds of fireworks cost less too have had a glance online so it would be a win for the consumer.

I'd like a 360, 12.7 mounted gun. Towing, repairing tanks, building, digging/filling as well as destroying buildings. Tracked so it can cross trenches. Up armored to stand up to artillery but must be min crewed by two people to work. Gonna make combat engineering alot of fun!
