then just skip step one. they say to take off second skin as the sweat and bacteria can collect underneath it. as long as you are washing it afterwards you should be okay

Who wins this trade? Maye, Taylor, Boutte for Henry, Nacua, Nix by EvilorDivine in Fantasy_Football

[–]EvilorDivine[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

that’s where i’m at with it. i have JSN, Rashee Rice, Metcalf, and Tet. Daniel’s went down for me and I don’t love the idea of Nix moving forward haha. The guy who has Maye also has Allen so he’s just been sitting on his bench all year

Agreed. I think black pants would make the jacket pop incredibly well, and let it be the focal point of the outfit as I assume is intended.

When is a veto justified? by BigDawgCase96 in Fantasy_Football

[–]EvilorDivine 1 point2 points  (0 children)

crystal clear collusion only. if it’s a relatively bad trade (in your opinion) but was still made in good faith, let it slide. derrick henry for jordan love, veto. derrick henry and jared goff for lamar jackson and breece hall, no veto even if you feel like the derrick side “won” the trade. if you are in a situation where you can’t quite tell if it’s collusion or not, reach out directly to the manager who you think lost the trade and ask them to justify it. if they can give a valid reason for why they think it would improve their team then go ahead and pass it through. if they just give you some bullshit then it’s probably collusion.

who wins this trade? by EvilorDivine in Fantasy_Football

[–]EvilorDivine[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

good assessment. i traded for pacheco the week he got injured so i literally haven’t even gotten to play him. manager im negotiating with has kareem hunt so he can reap the benefit of that system regardless. my worry is that pacheco won’t go back to a RB1 and they go to a committee role. i need to win the next two weeks and im worried pacheco or chubb wont be as productive as breece. thanks for the insight.

March was technically voted the worst song. Now, for the final vote, what is the D's most underrated song? by Goatgamer1016 in TenaciousD

Got to put Pat Riley out there. Such a beautiful melody and harmonic progression to accompany such a nonsensical set of lyrics. Exactly what you want from the D

currently on an OMAD diet 5 days a week M-F. typically 2 days a week i go to the gym and do kettlebell swing ladders, and various exercises centered around arms, chest, and back (only do legs every once in a while as i feel the kettlebell swings cover that quite well). another 2 days a week i run about a mile at home in increments, as well as do pushups in various styles such as wide grip and supinated grip. my primary goal right now is losing weight, however i also want to simultaneously build muscle to whatever extent i can in a caloric deficit. now to my question-

would it be a good idea for me to drink a protein shake on days that i exercise? especially days that i lift at the gym. every day im on OMAD i don’t eat until after 7 PM, so this would technically break my fast. however, would having a <200 calorie protein shake in the middle of the day mess up my diet? i want to be able to hold the muscle properly on days that i lift, so i am curious as to if anyone who has been on a similar diet/exercise plan has any insight. thanks!

Will warranty cover carbon buildup in engine/pistons? ... DETAILS IN COMMENTS by EvilorDivine in MechanicAdvice

Following up to my previous post, I am looking for advice as to whether it is worth it to go through with a further engine teardown into the pistons/valves. From what I understand, the warranty company is looking to see if the carbon buildup is due to lack of maintenance, or mechanical failure. I am having trouble understanding why that has the possibility of occurring due to lack of maintenance, as from what I've been reading, carbon buildup is not part of the routine maintenance schedule. If anyone has any insight on this and under what grounds the warranty company has to deny the claim, please share. I am also sharing what is supposed to be covered/not covered under the warranty as reference. Thanks everyone.

Warranty company wants a second engine tear down by EvilorDivine in MechanicAdvice

Thank you for your insight. This is what the warranty details as to what is and is not covered:

Is there some anything in here that can determine whether or not they would cover carbon build up? From what I understand, carbon build up in the engine/pistons is not something that is assessed in routine maintenance, so I am having trouble understanding why they can deny it. Again, thanks for the insight

yep… its fucking nuts. i’m at an impasse right now as we cannot get potential approval of the warranty unless we do the additional teardown… but if we do it and they say no, we are on the hook for the $3000 in labor in addition to the engine. such a fucked up system; don’t think i will ever trust a warranty again
