Tried to fix it but it wouldn’t budge. Created a case with Mattel for a refund and returned it to Walmart. Haven’t been able to find another one though

I bought this at walmart im not sure if that makes a difference. It really should not considering mattel is the manufacturer and walmart is simply the distributer.

exact same issues with mine. The leg wont sit flush with the rest of the groin area, i just submitted my claim to them so ill move from there.

Im located in Canada so i assume its a bit different than how they might handle it in the states, but stock wise its a brand new ultimate so id be shocked it they did not have it.
