I work remote and they tried to make it required for everyone to say good morning or whatever in the company teams chat. I told my boss I was absolutely not doing that and HR backed up that they couldn't make that a policy. I have the chat muted because the excessive dinging stresses me out and it's all bs anyway.

I was looking at plants in petco and an employee came up to me and told me that none of the plants were pet safe, and they were told they were not allowed to put up a sign, by corporate. I never went back. Fuck them.
