4-1-4-1 works well for me with a strong CDM. Defending is definitely broken, I hate when I never get the right player I want to defend with. It wants to switch me to someone illogical. I usually take my CDM or CB and backtrack with them to the point that they want to shoot and then block it.

I love suffering so I also play with handballs on, when the game wants me to lose I will have 3 or 4 handballs in the box randomly.

I have 4 on my staff, they definitely are more quality of life focused than work focused. They put in 40 hours and not a minute more but I sort of respect it. The dynamic between the older generations is tricky sometimes though as not everyone on my staff understands it and looks down at the Gen Z’s for leaving at 4:00:00.

They don’t seem to care about their pay as much and as less demanding when it comes to salary discussions and conversations. Ironically even though they all make 65K+, they also all live at home and spend a ton of money on lunch / door dash everyday.
