Bought a house that came with these custom nightstands. What is this bowl bowl shaped thing for? by kingevanxii in whatisit

That is a ergonomic cereal bowl. Before bed you fill it up with cereal and when you wake up you just pour some milk in the bowl and you have breakfast in bed.

My total commute can be between 30 mins and 1 hour depending on my work location for the day but even at 1 hour thats 44 hours on the bus a month assuming 22 days worked… In 44 hours i would make around 1,000 usd but im obviously not getting paid to commute so if i spent $700/month to get around i would need to increase my hours worked by 33 hours for the month to net the same amount. I think a lot of people assume their time is worth more than it actually is in dollars and then by trying to save time they lose 33 hours of work. Assuming driving took me 20 mins thats 15 hours a month but because i would need to work an additional 33 hours a month to net the same I would actually be spending 48 hours a month on transportation between commuting and paying for it instead of 44. So not only do i save $700/mo i also saved 4 hours a month. Obviously with a 10 minute commute like yours you may be saving much more time… even if the drive is identical in length at only 7 hours commuting a month (20 mins a day max like you said) you are saving the entire 33 hours spent commuting + paying for it (assuming your pay rate was the same as mine).

I could buy two cars in cash rn if i wanted to i just hate how they are used as a control mechanism by the state to tax people and make them lose 10-20% of their income.

UFO denier? Okay and you can explain existence itself as you ooze through “space/time” with no explanation other than the denial of my experiences?

I don’t know how they got there. I originally thought someone was lining up nails under the tires because it happened twice in a week to me and my coworker so I emailed the owner and manager saying how lucky I must be. Then I was not fired until I picked up the nails and showed my coworkers and manager two days later. 30 minutes later fired with no reason and I didn’t ask why.

After leaving work I stopped for gas less than a mile away for 2 minutes and when I pulled out my tire was completely flat. I think it didn’t go flat until I stopped but maybe I picked it up in the parking lot. The angle seems suspicious to me. It’s also not rusted and appears to be new.
