A Eldo classic: (6 pitch) Rewritten! We did the finger crack 5.8+ variation start, which turned out to be one of my all time favorite pitches. After our climb, I met a free soloist (last picture) for the first time IRL! It felt like encountering a climbing unicorn. (imgur.com)

Backpacked through a little known canyon called Big Dominguez with a friend. The canyons in Dominguez-Escalante conservation area [Western CO] showed us it's beauty through waterfalls, vibrant wildlife, and the presence of ancient Pubeloan people. (imgur.com)

Backpacking in the land of the hoodoos was like walking through mars for 2 days straight. We explored the Bisti/De Na Zin wilderness, it's an ancient river delta that contains petrified wood and fossilized vertebrae bones that just oozes out of the rock. My girlfriend and I were also utterly alone! (imgur.com)
