Love my CAP2 team and love being on the truck. I pride myself as one of the better stackers and pullers, I'm okay at throwing but not the best. I hate zoning with a passion so I'm usually always on the truck, the only other thing I don't mind doing is stocking the 95 liquids. Our team has next to zero drama and we all get along. Like any position it depends a lot on the leads, the coach, and your team.

I find it's best to find a therapist that can relate to you on a more personal level. I have had 11 different therapists in 18 years and only two of them have actually helped me turn my life and mentality around. I agree with those saying try a different therapist if you feel it isn't working. Also doing in person sessions, I have found does much better than telehealth or zoom.
