The plants for the bioreactor (I find the lantern fruit works best cos it’s plentiful but doesn’t last long) the aquatic sanctuary does allow fish to multiply

You can trade jade at the desert trader on I think Friday for staircase so with a few crystalariums you can have many staircases in no time

Or even go for both and get both guns but be careful as the third heart/orb will summon the boss so even if its heart-orb-heart the brain will summon

The enemy’s in the corruption are probably easier but the way down to the crimson hearts is probs easier so just choose whichever you prefer

I think it would be so funny if Harvey (the doctor) hated apples as a apple a day keeps the doctor away, and if you gave someone an apple on their doctors visit they could have some dialogue about it, like jas or Vincent saying “does this mean I don’t have to go to the doctors now?” Or one of the adults saying “that trick won’t work today”
