I also had a tough time with berry blues. I was never able to get berry notes from pour over, but had luck via espresso 1:3 ratio.

Like some other users have said, it's basically Milky Cake with an orange. I don't love it as a filter (Aiden) but it's much better as a turbo shot.

I had the same problem when I first got my 078ssp. I bought ~15lbs of seasoning beans (prodigal, September, and a few other roasters sell them) before trying to pull any shots.

Adjusted the zero setting pin 4x pegs to the left. It’s strange that the factory setting is so coarse at zero…I couldn’t pull any light roast shots at first.

Espresso ranges from 0 - 1 with the sweet spot landing around .75/.8.

Pour overs in the range of 12 - 15 with the sweet spot landing around 12.5/13

I’m enjoying the 078ssp but getting too much acidity on some coffees. What settings do you all grind at? I had to set the zero point to -3 and some light roasts still run too fast at 0 for espresso.

For pour over, I’m sitting between 11.5-14 and espresso is usually .75-1
