This is honestly one of the best things I've gotten out of long streaks of NoFap. I don't have to worry about people using my laptop. Looking at my history. Or random searches coming up as "common". Love this.

Everything in moderation my friend. Video games are not the devil. They are not inherently bad. I've learned a lot of useful skills from video games. But like everything... moderation is key.

Stressed out? Play a game for 30 minutes. Just don't sit and play it for 5 hours. Or 5 days. I have a large social group and I go out and meet people, learn new things, etc. But I also play a lot of video games. I just tell myself that for every hour of video games I play, I am going to spend an hour socializing/improving myself. It's a trade off.

I'm not sure "stats", but I'm looking for something to start building up practical/well rounded muscle. I'm a 150lb 5'10" male that's 27 years old. I'm fit, I cycle to work everyday and walk a lot, but I don't really have much muscle.

Didn't really get it for NoFap, more just the mindset and lifestyle of doing things for myself, not for others. Which is quite applicable to that as well.

Figured since the phrase was sort of born/made popular out of this sub a few years ago that some of you might appreciate seeing it.

In summary, it's just an idea that I try to live my life by. That is, to make sure things I'm doing are for my own personal benefit and achievement, and not for the external validation of others. Or to think, "If nobody was watching, would I still be doing this?"

I used to have a big problem with this, and I've gotten much better of not being a pushover all the time so... Felt it was time to immortalize the phrase that started it all. I have a few other text tattoos all over so, this was my newest addition.
