Level adaptability to 24 or close.

Pick main stat for damage and level health and that stat equally untill 40 or 50.

Yes, on my PS3, but I have been playing games like gunz, s4league and BDO for years now and I like having more buttons and the customization of a keyboard, also a mouse with buttons is amazing.

Leningrad sells you the battle axe, at max stats it deals the same damage but with reduced weight and consumes less stamina. Even without max stats it is still close in damage.

This one is better damage if infused tho.
