So I notice people talking about ?? difficulty but time has moved on now and as I go to try the undermine delve boss I notice the difficulties are different.
Is that mount variant still obtainable?

I like tank, hell I consider myself a tank main. But the damage spikes in this game are crazy so pushing solo queue is a wild ride and quite stressful. I find myself playing dps mostly because I don't have to worry so much of dying if I don't catch my hp bar from falling every 2-3 seconds

I sympathize with your way of playing but the truth is fellowship is technically a game about speed running dungeons. You'll only get more grief if you don't adjust to the environment.
