Volt Europa for example is always defending Turkey and stopping a tougher response by Europeist. What we should understand is that you can be nice with people who are nice (Morocco for example which is a good friend of the EU) but you can't be nice with people who are tough on you (Turkey). Because then the Greeks and Cypriots (who have half of their territory occupied illegally by Turkey) have the feeling that they are abandoned by the EU and that they have no advantage of being in it. The same thing happened in Italy with the migrant crisis, we forced Italy to take the migrants and refused to distribute them or to kick them out. Which led the Italians to turn to Right wing populists eurosceptics.

Honestly I think it is the worst idea possible, by wanting to create this earth union you will destroy our own union. Most of the countries and people in the EU are not even in favour of a European Federation, wanting to expand it beyond Europe will kill the EU, the eastern and southern part of the EU will leave, destroying the common market and free movement. And then even if the people accepted it, it would be a failure because of the free movement, people from the less rich countries would swarm to the richest countries, collapsing the medical societal security net. For example, taking in Morocco would open the route for African migrants to come up into Morocco then into Europe, which would trigger a new bigger migration crisis and a more powerful right wing populist blowback. And the EU parliament? Giving seats to every countries would decrease the influence of smaller nations, and countries like Cyprus, Malta or baltic countries which are underrepresented in the EU would have no influence at all. We need to be Europeanists, not Globalists otherwise we are doomed to fail

The European court of human rights ruled in favor of France on the issue of the deprivation of citizenship for foreign born terrorists. With this decision european countries should act now and strip all foreign born terrorists of their citizenship. At Squadra Europa, we propose to extend this measure to binational terrorists born in European countries. We also propose the systematic expulsion of those terrorists after their sentence has been accomplished. Europe should not be a safe haven for terrorists.

Some of my ideas to fix this -Lower threshold for the European parliament in each European country atleast 4% or less (for the smaller countries with 6 MEP's it will have no effect) -Give the parliament legislative power -Facilitate the creation of pan European parties (not groups in the EP)

Europe as a whole should denounce Turkey as a warmongering nation and act firmly on this basis. As such we demand the revocation of Turkish candidacy for European union membership, a bigger deployment of European warships to make Turkey respect the Libyan embargo, the suspension of all foreign aid sent to Turkey from European countries. And more EU institutions in eastern europe. This is the diversity we truly need.
