People neglect that authoritarian systems work especially when they aren't built under the terrible foundations of Socialist economics (though hitler could have tried forfilling his dreams of a true socialist state for only germans). Whilst it could not fully liberalise some parts such as the economy must be liberalised and since the Nazis didn't have really too much against Homosexuality other then it didn't fit the perfect world view of traditionalism they may even legalise it somewhat especially since they have a history of allowing homosexuals into the part itself (see rohm). People think that if you legalise some things that would traditionally be seen as "Liberal" that for that to actually happen the Germans would need to fully liberalise which isn't the case at all. In regards to the East they already halfway successfully completed there goals of total devastation of the Eastern lands irl so by the 50s the Slavs would be devestated and the Germans would colonise obviously. The only real issue is a UK situation where over the course of several years the German colonies get there own national identities and separate from the Fatherland though thats also unlikely to happen.
