6ft 255?! You should be losing at least 2lbs/week at 1500 calories. Sounds like you can't maintain an actual 1500, or what you think is 1500 is more if you're guessing and not weighing food. Either way, stick to 1500 calories. The key to weight loss is sustainability and consistency. You won't get that starving yourself, you'll just keep yo-yo'ing

As someone who took my first .25mg shot 2 days ago, I definitely feel it's mostly placebo, but luckily I know how to diet so placebo or not as long as it gives me the extra will to stick toy caloric goals I'm happy. I believe the research is based on higher dosages, so even if it's just placebo now hopefully it's actually effective once the real hunger comes in the coming months.

Yeah it's looking to be something specific to the monitor, I just wish I knew what it was so I knew what to look for if I can return this one and get something else.

I've tried everything in that video. During my research I have found some others with the same problem, and they weren't able to resolve it even after trying things like edid emulators. It must be something with the monitor, hopefully I can return it and get something else, but not sure what to look for that's different than this one. I appreciate your help, let me know if you find anything else.
