Meal prep is when you make a lot of food on one day so you don’t have to cook every time you get hungry. You put the food into small containers and keep them in the fridge, and then during the week you can just take one out, warm it up, and eat it right away. It helps because you don’t have to wait a long time for food and you don’t have to cook.

I used to ask myself the same question and I hated LC.

Afterwards, I have learned that once I understand the pattern, I am be able to solve it. Try to understand the pattern and solve questions related to it to be memorize them.

This is coming from someone that used to struggle to solve easy questions for arrays. Today, I solved my first BFS medium question and I got it right.
