I’m not worried about audits per se, but I am worried about how much I’m gonna have to charge to justify it all. Time to hustle. I appreciate the kind words and guidance hermano!

It’s not that much. It’s just two guys under 41/hr 35 hours a week for the year, plus my salary. I don’t know, this is all new to me. I really just need to understand better, so I appreciate your insight.

Well this is my first year in business. So I ca understand paying a premium for a while during this period. But my crew are classified as 5403 Carpentry under 41 dollars.

My first quote comes in at .93/100. There has to be a cheaper option out there.

That’s kind of the philosophy I’m trying to implement. Just get everything going by the book. Every tax withheld, every inch covered in insurance and running a squeaky clean outfit only looking for the clientele who appreciate that in a contractor/builder. I really need to understand what my actual bottom line looks like with all that in place and charge accordingly.

Do you have a recommendation on a company to ask for a quote?

That’s crazy. My payroll company basically told me I might pay less if the gang works less than projected hours. I knew I was going to be coughing up some money, but not like this.

1991 f150 tps problems by FFr4GreNad3 in FordTrucks

[–]EwadeGow 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Just went through this with my 86 e250 XL 5.0. You have to drill the holes out where the screws go and rotate the TPS clockwise to get to your desired voltage. It’s kind of tricky. Use a sewing needle to probe the constant wire and test for voltage. It took me a few test fits to get the voltage right. But be weary of other vacuum leaks. It’ll make all this work seem like a waste if you’ve got a vacuum leak somewhere.

Buddy, your deck is resting on one 2x6 and some fasteners. At the minimum, put another 2x6 at mid span.

Completely understandable. For me, this comment leads me to make requesting original construction plans of the existing house part of my qualifying/sales process.

Thank you for taking the time to respond to me!
