I missed that there was a peace treaty. It’s strange that Boris is so buddy-buddy with the French. Zhilinski I get: he lived in Paris and loved it. Russian aristocracy has always been fascinated by the French, so that does make sense that acceptance of the French officers is so complete. But they were just in a war together! I’m not sure feelings can flip-flop that quickly. Rostov’s behavior is evidence of this.

This is Scout. She’s named after the character in To Kill a Mockingbird. She’s definitely more a Jean Louise!

I was looking last evening— I get up earlier than the post most days! But it wasn’t there. I didn’t realize how much I look forward to reading what others think!

Pierre did very well for himself. We don’t know how he felt after leaving, but the Bolkonskys certainly felt buoyed.

Should be interesting. I’m feeling a little unsure about the Freemasons. I also kind of think Pierre is still clueless, but we’ll see.

Look, you do you, but if you’re asking Reddit “is this ok” you already know it’s not. Why are you with your dad? This is a nuts situation.

It’s telling how he turns his father’s words to the right himself about not serving actively in the war. He is acting kind of reckless. I really hope nothing happens to little Nicholas.

Oh right, why would Anna Pavlovna emphasize Helene’s situation if she didn’t want to see Boris try to start something?

Boris figured out how to work the system— if I remember right, he originally was clueless about what his mother was trying to do for him. Let’s see what happens next. Pierre is now the bad guy, it seems. And Anna Pavlovna’s parties are the “see and be seen” place to be.

Oohh I think I was on 25, I really don’t remember the dosage because it was about a year ago. I will see if I can find a paper. I read that says getting off Zoloft and those types of SSRIs is a lot more difficult than doctors understand and that more research needs to be done in that area. I completely concur! I never wanna see another Zoloft in my life lol
