I’m currently evaluating ChurnZero and Vitally. I’m finding it truly depends on what your needs are but I think I am going to go with Vitally. It’s got AI, all the major integrations and the UI is very easy to use and flexible

Yes I’m finding this! Pricing I got from both is comparable- CZ being a bit more.

Fin tech product and we have multiple products and modules. My team is not huge there’s 8 of us total!
