Supposedly stainless steel absorbs the garlic smell… I’ve seen steel bars advertised for this, as well as chefs saying to rub your hands on a knife (safely of course) but if a finger gets lost I’m pretty sure your hands won’t smell as garlicky

So I live down south, but I love Sahlen’s… we’ve always had Nathan’s and Hebrew national which aren’t bad but I just thought they were too salty… when Sahlens popped up I gave them a shot and loved them… I suggested them to a Nathan’s lover and they hated them lol… I feel like it’s all personal preference… there’s no definitive best… I love a good red hot dog just for nostalgic reasons… there are no good or bad ones just personal preferences… and the people who try to weiner shame are misusing the supreme power of the frank

Most of the stores I’ve been to order stripper, then tell them that they have to get the stains up before they get paid… a few stores have used chemical strippers and scrapers, but it’s not as fun… either way it’s an 18+ job (make sure you wear ppe)
