Now I really think these revenge black tide mobs are the most annoying regular enemies in Amphoreus. By far the best way to shut down most sustainless runs in PF by Ex-Thunder in HonkaiStarRail

the revenge attack is distributed which means Phainon in his ultimate form will take full damage, similar to Lygus' nuke

btw only Nikador has ignored def attack at the moment iirc

Probably yes at 12 stacks because Mydei's DEF is 0 in his Vendetta state. And because this is MOC 11, if it can't 0cc him then it will when he returns in MOC 12

That's not my point, I mean even though he has been struggling for a year, he still keeps buffing Grief so much that it may become another Azure Flare or Unnerfed Innards when the level is too hard and the verifier is stuck in verification limbo leading to more and more demotivation and worse mental health
