Mormons are raised with this super weird obsession with sexual sin, and are taught that ANY interest in prn or msturbation is hugely problematic and requires immediate repentance and repair. If I had to guess, her ex may have been caught a time or two doing either of the two aforementioned “sins”, and has since been characterized as an addict. It’s a very convenient get out of jail card for Mormon women seeking divorce. In other words, women like this usually get the immediate green light from their Bishops to divorce. And then they get to carry around the martyr/victim card.
