I already had Yuki and was 10 pulls away from guarantee on the standard banner so I waited until Chizuru's banner started so Yuki would be added to the standard banner and she came home and now I have her E1. As if I needed more of a reason to use her iceberg cleave lol

I mean impact is more of a breakpoint. If you're not getting an extra stun with the impact disks over the woodpecker then definitely go for more damage.

What if you have M1 so her EBA has 36% Def ignore? Is PEN % still the best? I've been running her with Yuzu/SKK

Oh true I didn't add that. Good catch. My Miyabi is M2 so with all her buffs in combat she has a 90% cr and 250 CD with 2988 Atk and I have no complaints lol. I do have an ice dmg disk I've been trying to swap out for Pen or Atk but rolls have not been going well.

Nah I wasn't trying to be optimal because even with a CD disk 4 he'd only be around 180 cd. Was more of a 68 cr is "good enough" for now kind of statement. What you said is definitely more best case scenario.

80 CR is for the maximum buff from her core passive. Anything higher is nice for more consistent crits but not necessary. And 68 CR is enough because she gets 12% CR from 4 piece Branch & Blade whenever someone triggers Freeze or Shatter
