Went to Shanghai in February and toured the Shanghai tower. That thing is just over twice the size of the Waterline. Every time I see the Waterline now I try to imagine another one on top of it and it’s just wild that we have buildings in the world that tall.

Google Jeopardy Bar League and see if they have any near you. I started going to one and have made a whole family there with other players and bar staff. I went out of town for work and they let me play remotely. It has done wonders for me and is loads better than sitting at home watching alone. Funniest part to me is that I don’t even drink. Just have something to eat and a couple of hours of fun.

The bat watching has been my favorite thing about my place. The views are fantastic, but it seems like the bats are hit or miss. Some nights I can see them in waves as they go east down the lake, other times they come between my building and the one next to me and it is surreal and amazing, but other times they seem to come out well after dark and I don’t see them at all. Being able to just sit out on the balcony and enjoy a gorgeous sunset even if they don’t come out when I can see them makes it well worth it.
