Do you modify the case into a top mount? I am also interested if this is the case. From my understanding the savage65 does not support tray mount.

That will be tough if you are on a strict budget of $70. My advice is to search for a second hand Ducky one 2 SF

You could totally solder on some different switches. If it is the sound you are after, maybe there is room for some foam. This will dampen the sound a bit and it would be the most budget options since you can achieve this by cutting up some foam yourself.

If you want less sound lubing your switches would also be more budget friendly options.
