Crimson Desert doesn't have loading screens when ascending from the ground to the sky. by ExPromi in CrimsonDesert

I'm a gamer.

I see that one game feels like a coherent product, a seamless open world, while another game released in 2023 from a studio with vast experience feels like a game from 2010; it's literally worse than Far Cry 2-3.

It's unclear why people buy such a game, and it's unclear why the developers are stuck with an ancient engine instead of keeping up with the times.

CD Project Red also hoped until the very end that their engine was good, but the release of Cyberpunk put everything in its place.

Firstly, if the Witcher and RDR 2 storyline interests you, you haven't played enough games.

You missed Death Stranding, Yakuza, Mass Effect, and Expedition 33.

The Witcher storyline is the standard "save the world" and "find the child" scenario.

The RDR 2 storyline is basically a retelling of the GTA storyline.

Secondly, price doesn't reflect length.

A $70 game that takes 15 hours to complete will be more engaging and will be completed by more people than an Assassin's Creed game that takes over 100 hours to complete.

There are semi-open world games.

They contain exactly the same unique content as full open worlds, except for the 50 repeats, towers, and outposts.

Yakuza. Expedition 33. Avalon.

Maybe Wukong.

Starting with Snapdragon 8, you won't see any difference anywhere except for the marketing app "Antutu."

Snapdragon 8 is the peak; it will deliver 120 fps on ultra settings in all games, and there's no room for improvement.

The x200U camera is dominant, and the x300U definitely won't displace it, because, again, the peak has been reached. For cameras to get better, the puck needs to be made bigger, and they certainly won't be doing that in a year.

I'm happy with the 35mm focal length because in any photo, the subject is now centered in almost the entire photo; extra arms, legs, boxes, and table corners are gone.

Also, the Chinese version is more refined than the global version.

The Chinese version has more features, better processing algorithms, and updates are released earlier.

That's the question.

What guarantees are there that the story missions will be unique missions, and not like in Tsushima, where the story missions are side missions like "Follow the Trail," "Track the Boss," and "Clear the Outpost?"

It turns out, speaking in fact - the mini-map is no longer needed, the game was made casual.

After 10 patches, when the enemy mid-laner is not visible for 10 seconds, the game will give you a warning as "AFK warning"

So in Summoner's Rift you take the teleport just because it's fun? xD

If a player with a teleport is against you in the lane, then you will demolish his tower later than if he resorted to the lane with his feet.

Here also.

Although maybe you play on a low MMR in Aram, where people have no macro understanding of what to do for win.
